At F Σ M M E, we take great pride in offering high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with the return process.

Return Conditions

  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Items must be new, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Personalized items (including added charms, engravings, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process

  1. Send a return request to our customer service at contact@femmemaroquinerie.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you wish to receive a different model or color, please place a new order after returning the original item.

Defective Items or Order Errors

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
