Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) – F Σ M M E

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of the online sale of leather goods by F Σ M M E, through the website www.femmemaroquinerie.fr.

3. Products

The products sold are leather pouches, available in various models and colors. Each product is described and presented as accurately as possible.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping fees. F Σ M M E reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order placement.

5. Orders

An order is considered valid once the payment is successfully processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer. F Σ M M E reserves the right to cancel any order in case of dispute or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payments are made online via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or through secure third-party services such as PayPal or Apple Pay.

7. Shipping

  • Simple pouches: Shipped within a maximum of 72 hours (business days).

  • Pouches with chains or customized items: Shipped within a maximum of 7 business days.
    Deliveries are handled by Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DHL, DPD, or FedEx.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current legislation, customers have a period of 14 days from the date of receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging.

9. Warranties and Liability

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. If a product is defective, customers may request an exchange or refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of F Σ M M E. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected is used solely for order management and is not shared with third parties. In compliance with GDPR regulations, customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their data.

12. Claims and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.

13. Acceptance of the TCS

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
